How We Work

Here is what you can expect when you work with Pibworth Professional Solutions.

Because our ultimate goal is to become a success partner in your business, Pibworth prefers to work with clients who are looking for long term collaborative relationships and want to enter into a retainer agreement. However, we understand the “try before you buy’ philosophy, and for clients who wish to work on a single project to start, we offer an hourly rate. Clients who wish to work longer term with the Pibworth team and request a retainer agreement, enjoy a reduced hourly rate.

Initial Assessment: An initial conversation will be scheduled between you and Lauren Pibworth, the owner and founder of Pibworth Professional Solutions. Lauren will give you an overview Pibworth, and between you, determine the projects and activities that would best suit your needs. Some projects are short term, and some tasks are likely to be ongoing and long term in nature. Also discussed are our fees, and your budget.

Welcome Package: If it is determined that our businesses are a good fit, and we have decided to move forward, a welcome package will be issued. This includes:

• Welcome letter outlining expectations, business hours, and general information.
  
  
• Contract for the services discussed
  
  
• Confidentiality and work ownership agreement, signed by us for your files. (Our promise to you is that all information shared remains strictly confidential, and all work completed remains your property)
  
  
• Client Information Form (for you to complete that includes information on any programs that you currently use, and to which we will need access)
